Pleasant

Liked: Friendly staff, very good breakfast, great sauna, comfortable bed.
Disliked: Carpet was covered with old stains and we had a dirty towel folded as clean. Facility is claiming to have a fitness center. Having a 3 machines in the smalles room ever is not e fitness center, it is just misleading.Hotel guests were drunk in front of a hotel from 12 till early morning it was greatly disturbing our sleep.

Great hotel in a great...

Liked: Not only a good hotel, but also in a great location if you want to be away for all the tourists. It is next to a train station (not the main one) and next to two shopping malls. So plenty of options to eat, drink, even play. Also it is easy from there to go to the city center or to the other cities (Sopot, Gdnayia)
Disliked: All was good.

Liked: Clean and quiet rooms with air-con and a fridge and complementary bottled water.5 minute walk from train station (walk through the mall!) Food in restaurant was very good. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Nothing!

Disliked: booking confirmed that the Focus hotel premium gdansk reservation was confirmed. When wecame to the hotel, first the person at the reception said that we had come to the wrong place. After that, wecame a few more times, then they said that they had no available rooms.Then, when I was completely desperate, they sent us to a hotel 17 km away. Focus hotel Sopot. How could thishappen?? A very negative experience. looking for a completely different hotel in a foreign countryat night??
