Disliked: It took several hours to have my issues addressed upon arrival. Not even an apology from staff for the inconvenience.

Liked: Clean, quiet, well maintained, lovely mature trees, Pizza was great, very dog friendly

Liked: I really liked the property location and all the amenities. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I didn’t like that our Safari tent had a big tear on the side and was bringing cold air. I couldn’t figure how to turn on the heater til the next day.

Liked: I didn't have breakfast. I really liked that the children were being kids and playing
Disliked: It was super cold at night. No heater. I slept in my car during the night, turning on the heater and than wrapping up in my blanket. Honestly my real ONLY complaint

Overall, it was a great...

Liked: The facility was nearly full. A great place for families with a large number of activities available. We rented a cottage and vintage trailer to accommodate our party. Our BBQ's igniter didn't work and the staff was there within 5 minutes to get it operational. That is incredible service!!!
Disliked: We didn't need it, but the charge for visiting guests is ridiculous. I understand as the place was near capacity, so I'm sure that demand drives the nightly rates are higher than most local hotels/motels.
