Liked: The bed was horrible the blanket had holes in it there was no tissue in the bathroom and this place stinks
Disliked: Not clean very unprofessional

Disliked: the bed is making noise .The bedsheet and blanket is not even good and bad smelly.

Exceptional

It was nice

Liked: The room was so nice. It has WiFi and the employees were courteous
Disliked: My view was awful out the window staring at the roof and the woman who worked overnight was very rude and didn’t want to ask a question to the next employee

One of the worst stays,...

Liked: Clean sheets and towels.
Disliked: Check in:I asked beforehand if early check-in was possible and all I got in response was ' Based on availability '. When we came to check in, an hour earlier than it's supposed to be - they said it's gonna cost +$20 dollars. [We did pay, because we were too tired to deal with it, but that should have been disclosed when I requested early check-in, and not at the place]Room:The room was in a bad state. The floor was dirty, the walls torn and having 'messages' on them. The smell from AC was awful, and there were dirty ashtrays in the room despite it being 'non-smoking'. In the shower there was one small packet of shampoo/conditioner - which is not enough to wash your hair, unless you're bold.

Liked: it we close to the train station
Disliked: the blankets had cigarette holes in them.

It served it's purpose

Liked: The location was great as I was in the area for a concert.
Disliked: The bedspread had cigarette burns in it. I asked for a non smoking room and there were also ashtrays in the room. I also didn't like the fact that the air conditioning was turned off when they cleaned. It made for a very hot room upon my return.

The staff was not cooperative
