Amazing

Liked: Top class, gym and pool facilities amazing. Staff at the desk very accommodating. Room was great. Perfect place for anniversary stay.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Clean, beautiful hotel, very good location, rich breakfast, nice pool and gym, nice lobby
Disliked: Our room was in the 2nd floor, the lift didn’t reach there and couldn’t find someone to help only the lady at the reception came to help but she is lady and receptionist, as a branded hotel at least to have this service

Good

Liked: Super comfy bed and air conditioning in the room (on a very hot day).Excellent breakfast.
Disliked: Communal areas are very dated and tired.

Great location and charming property

Liked: Great location, close to city centre. Easy access to public parking nearby. Nice breakfast options.Staff was friendly but not always available...
Disliked: Room was ok but a bit tight for 3 and located near the storage room where the cleaning material was stored so quite noisy in the morning.

Highly recommended for a quiet...

Liked: Breakfast was superb; it was the best we had in Belgium. Staff were polite and welcoming. Beautiful china plates and cups - so divine. Our room is a great size and comfortable. The pool was a bonus and lovely. Special attention to Prince - not sure I got the name right, he is the head waiter at breakfast. His professionalism and warm attitude were super all around; he deserves a big bonus. Lovely, thank you gift at checkout - so unexpected.
Disliked: The common corridors look a little tired, perhaps a lick of paint would uplift the atmosphere. The towers were tired, rough and small.

We’d definitely recommend the hotel...

Liked: The room was large and clean. The hotel is located an easy 5min walk from the centre. The staff were welcoming and informative- and gave recommendations on where to eat and what to do with it being our first time here.
Disliked: Nothing I can think of to note.

Excellent stay at Grand Hotel...

Liked: Hotel is beautifully decorated and elegant. Rooms are a good size and have everything that you need. Bed was comfortable and staff really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a great selection of hot and cold buffet food and we had the most beautiful china plates and tea cups.
Disliked: The first morning the water in the shower was tepid rather than hot but the next day the water was hot. We also couldn’t park at the property as we hadn’t booked in advance (I wasn’t aware you had to book) but the hotel staff directed us to local free parking which was great.
