Liked: Comfy beds
Disliked: Smell of sewer smell in lobby. Tatty and tired throughout. More like a 3 star. On a very busy main road

It’s not as grand as...

Liked: Location and front desk staff was very helpful.
Disliked: It’s kind of getting run down , need renovations and facility was not that clean, dirty marks on wall all over. Tub was horrible, it was so hard to take shower, faucet was in the side , never seen it before. Room was bit small.

Superb

Great location, friendly staff.

Liked: Booked the Penthouse, so was what I expected. Lots of room, comfortable bed, and the outdoor roof terrace. Location perfect, again why we chose this hotel.
Disliked: The only downside was we asked for the outdoor private roof terrace to be cleaned on 3 separate occasions, each day and it wasn't done. There was a bit of rubbish around the terrace, ie bottle tops, straws, dirty table which we eventually cleaned and removed ourselves. Not really what we expected after paying a premium for this benefit.

Liked: was a great hotel, cannot fault it really and the staff were lovely
Disliked: it was very expensive for what is was, imo
