It was OK besides the bathtub stopping up and I had to call maintenance to come unclog it.

Something good turns sour

Liked: It is a very nice hotel. We called to ask about the gym. What we were told was not what was there. We asked for help and the main desk was very rude.We waited 30 minutes before someone showed up. And that person didn't know how to work the machine. The hotel was to give us a discount. But I still haven't seen it on my charge card. My deposit doesn't show either. Sad, I enjoy getting away very often and never had a problem. Booking also never credited me back.
