Liked: Nothing. No one was at the front desk to check me in, even after I returned hours later. I had to book another hotel just to have a place to sleep
Disliked: I had a long trip from Brazil to Orlando, arriving at the hotel around 5 PM. To my surprise, there was no one at the front desk to assist with check-in. I waited for about 40 minutes, completely unattended, which was extremely frustrating and unacceptable.Due to a scheduled business meeting that was the main reason for my trip, I had no choice but to leave without checking in. I returned to the hotel later that night, around 10 PM, only to find the reception still completely unmanned. No staff, no assistance, and no communication. This level of service is absolutely unacceptable for any guest.Out of necessity, I had to book another hotel that same night just to have a place to sleep.

Disliked: Toilet was leaking from the wall and flooded the room. It was dirty and the water was brown. Staff said they didn’t have anyone to turn the water off and stop the leak.
