Liked: I liked the the set up of the room.
Disliked: The floors were so dirty our feet’s were black. I made a complaint to the manager which in return sent staff to clean our rooms but they never changed our sheets. Also, the inside of the dishwasher was rusty and the washing machine was low quality and it made a really loud noise when in use. Also, there is no security gate at the resort, the room doors are outside which are accessible to the public and the elevators weren’t security proof either. You didn’t need your room card to access the elevator.

Liked: Good location, well maintained, front desk staff member, TJ, was very nice and helpful.
Disliked: There’s only one heated hot tub that holds 7 people. A resort this size should have more.

It's worth it.

Liked: The food is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I don't like that room service wasn't available. We didn't have normal housekeeping, like in the past. That's probably because the President of the United States is ruining everything. If you called the front desk, they are able to tell you how to get towels and where to put your trash.

Liked: We had a wonderful stay at Floridays Orlando! From the moment we arrived, the staff were all helpful, accommodating, and genuinely nice. They were able to grant my request for an upper floor with a pool view, which made our stay even more special.The room was spotlessly clean, and the entire resort is absolutely beautiful—perfect for a relaxing and memorable vacation. Everything about our stay was worth it, and we truly had a great time.Highly recommended, and we will definitely book this hotel again in the future.Thank you very much, Floridays Orlando!

My family and I enjoyed...

Liked: The location of the property was beautiful. The property was close to a lot of attractions, stores and restaurant’s. The pool areas were nice.
Disliked: WiFi was not very good and the furniture seems dated.
