Awful

Disliked: Everything. The ac was broken the tub had cigarette burns all on it. The fooor was greasy there were hairs in the sheets and in pillows. Honestly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Disliked: It looked very ran down and the people that run it looked like they were on crack. There was a horrible odor, the bathtub looked like it was going to just fall through the floor. I will never stay there again, we didn’t even stay there but for maybe two hours

Liked: It LOOKED like it was a nice place from outside with a pool my son and I was looking forward to staying here
Disliked: Immediately upon entrance we noticed how run down it looked with tape holding up the curtains and tape on the door latch? Plus I paid specifically for a room with a sofa bed for my son to sleep on instead of in bed with me since they didn’t have a double bed room available. We were both too tired after a 14hr drive to really care and was just going to overlook it until what looked like a grasshopper came running across the floor followed by three or four more. We immediately left out and went to the front desk clerk. She informed us that they’ve been seeing several of them due to openings in the doors! Like it’s ok to have ANY type of bugs in your room crawling around. She did not offer us any different rooms or accommodations although the next day the manager told us the clerk had offered us another room. Once again I was appalled by the manager telling me “they’re only grasshoppers”!!! As if this is acceptable room conditions!!! The only good thing I have to say is they did refund our room price for a non refundable room although only after several phone calls including my husband talking to the property manager.
