Liked: Very comfortable feel like at home. Staffs very friendly and easy to talk with.
Disliked: If the property come with washing machine and dryer will be perfect

Liked: Very comfortable and cosy room, easy quick tram to city centre, staff were exceptional - very hospitable & accommodating, friendly & prompt with communication through WhatsApp.

Very peaceful and relaxing property....

Liked: Very clean and comfortable property with a beautiful small garden.
Disliked: We wish they had more on site dining options since good restaurants were not available nearby.

Beyond Expectations

Liked: In quiet residential neighborhood. Less than 1 min walk to tram station. Less than 15 min ride to city center. Bakery, restaurants and supermarket nearby.Room was spacious, comfy, very clean, well lighted and nicely decorated.Staff were very friendly, polite, efficient and helpful.
Disliked: All TV channels were in Italian. It would be nice if they have English language channel.
