Excellent hotel to feel a bit protected from the hustle and bustle of the city. Quiet, pleasant.

Liked: Great location and felt like an oasis within a busy city, street. The staff - especially Marival (sp?) was very personable, attentive and helpful.

Liked: Not much. They had two doggies, thats about it.
Disliked: You have to call for them to let you in. Difficult to find it. The rooms werent clean. No coffee machine. Slow service. Disgusting pool chairs. It just wasnt a 5 star hotel by any means. We left a night early.

Great location, great design. Prices a little high.

Liked: The facilities and location of the hotel are great! The staff are very eager to help, although service is very slow. Our room was very clean although it was very small. if you're looking for a place near the center of Cuernavaca, I recommend this hotel.
Disliked: They could lower their prices a little... or throw in a free breakfast.
