An enjoyable wedding weekend with...

Liked: Location was excellent as was the breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The property inside is tired and needs money spending to upgrade its standard. Curtains in our bedroom (4) had large tears in them. The carpet was worn and had three ridges in it. Needs modernising although I do believe this is in hand. A new drive had been laid with stone which looked good but would benefit from a road roller.

Disliked: My evening meal was,nt very good, but the dessert was lovely

A perfect weekend to celebrate...

Liked: The evening dinner was exceptionally good, quality and presentation. All the staff were excellent, friendly and efficient. The hotel surrounds are very attractive.

Liked: The manor is full of character.It was a peaceful & relaxing stay, exactly what we were hoping for.The location was great with pubs, shops & restaurants within walking distance.The service we received was impeccable from start to finish, we couldn’t have wished for more. The food was delicious. We had breakfast 2 mornings & had dinner in the restaurant, all were faultless.
Disliked: The facilities were what you would expect from a period property. The shower wasn’t the greatest but was efficient enough. The room was fairly dark, but again is what you would expect from the small windows of a period property.

Once we had our plumbing...

Liked: A private position, interesting features in the hotel. Our room had a conservatory leading to the grounds.
Disliked: The plumbing was a little temperamental .
