Liked: Great stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Liked: First room smelt of a dog , they happily changed the room . But not somewhere I'd ever stay again

Disliked: The property is not fit for human habitation. It's dirty, unkempt the customer service is nothing to write home about. It's a fraud of an accommodation

Liked: The service of the manager named whom i called Anna was the best.I stayed in many hotels but his service was exceptional and very welcoming.I will surely recommend the hotel specially for his Service and my next visit i will stay here for sure.Being 1st time in London he took extra efforts to help ne plan my vacation and showed me wgere and how to travel.Appreciate.
