Liked: The bath was alright, however I have had only 2 hand towels ,so not even a pleasant experience.
Disliked: The kitchenette was not working, the plugs were not working at all, and I had to go back home to get a proper towel, and cook… so the overall stay was absolutely pointless.

Liked: Good location for my needs and quieter than I was expecting.Plenty of storage.
Disliked: No bowls (as noted in a previous review but has not been remedied). I didn't think that I should have to ask as this issue has already been raised.No plug in the bathroom sink (as noted in a previous review but has not been remedied). Particular dangerous as there is a caution about the water being hot but without a plug you cannot temperature-control the water that you use in the sink unless you take your own plug. I had to use the lid of one of my toiletries for this purpose!The over-sink cabinet is so high I had to stand on tip-toe to use the mirror. It needs to be lowered to suit the average person's height.The shower head could use replacing.The microwave is positioned very low and the door kept getting jammed in the draw door below it.The mattress needs replacing as you can feel the springs.No bedside light.The freezer compartment needs defrosting.The was no chopping board so this defeats the object of booking somewhere in the anticipation that it will facilitate cooking.

Disliked: The fact that the first room wasn't the one booked. But later changed to the actual room
