A nice stay that fullfilled...

Liked: Kitchen facilities, a washing machine and a dryer. Lounge with tables to eat.
Disliked: Some noisy families, but not too bad

Great for a short stay.

Liked: Great location, only 10 minutes work from Sutton High Street. Reasonable amount of parking. Helpful staff.
Disliked: There was only one central light in the room. It would have been nice to have a bedside light.

Nice host and hotel but...

Liked: Greeted by the host/caretaker and he was as friendly and welcoming as the last time we stayed two years ago. Location is perfect with a space to park my car.
Disliked: This time around there were many families staying who I presume were living there rather than holidaying. Very noisy until late at night and also very early in the morning. Reluctant to booking a return visit because of this.
