Liked: I have been staying in Flexistay Sutton for 3 years in a row now, and I can totally tell that this is my 2nd home. The staff (especially very special thanks to Jol/Joel for his attention and also for very great chats) is very welcoming and friendly. The location is just the heart of Sutton, and value for money is really suitable for every budget. I absolutely recommend Flexistay Sutton to everyone who considers staying in Sutton. Once again, thanks for everything Jol/Joel and Flexistay! See you in November 2025 again :)

OK if you just need...

Liked: Easy to book, short walk from Sutton station. It was warm, widows opened for fresh air, bedding clean, beds reasonably comfortable. Tea & coffee facilities
Disliked: Gentleman didn’t introduce himself - uncertain was he a guest/staff/lost but he eventually silently provided the room passes. Occupants smoking upstairs!!!!The entrance, windows need a wash, bed lights loose & either all come on or none. Bathroom hygiene questionable- preferred not to use the shower. Wouldn’t chance filling the kettle in the sink. Overall not great. Kitchen cupboards full of long term residents foods etc so definitely not risking breakfast.

Disliked: Don't expect the breakfast to be buffet.. it's self cook kitchen. Not very clean , the fridge was ok. Looked more of community kitchen. But anyways you get what you pay for.

Room share with a cockroach

Liked: Comfy bed. Fan provided.
Disliked: Having a cockroach in my room, took the staff over a day to come remove it. The towels were rough and scratchy, would recommendbringing your own. The 'communal kitchen' didn't look inviting to use, feuit juices were supposedly provided but there wasnt any. Other guests were very loud, the rooms aren't sound proof enough to drown it out. The wardrobe door wouldn't stay shut and kept falling open, had to use a chair to keep it closed. The light kept flickering.
