Liked: The staff was amazing - super helpful and friendly. The room is spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: The conditioner wasn’t very powerful.

Liked: The hotel has a perfect location with good connections to local transportation. A pleasant surprise was the minibar in the room and amenities ( slippers etc.) . Room and room facilities were clean.
Disliked: The variety of breakfast (compared to similar hotels in Prague) did not meet our expectations. The tables for breakfast consumption were completely covered with thick transparent sheets that were sticky to the touch.. The hotel promised wine or champagne with our reservation (it was stated in the hotel confirmation outside the minibar), but we did not receive anything. We were shocked by the dirty balconies on the mezzanine (near the elevators). The receptionists were nice, but the manager was very unpleasant. He told us that if we do not like the hotel with such a good rating, we should leave (we certainly will not come here next time). We cannot understand how this hotel can have the rating it does on Booking.com. The photos on Booking.com correspond to reality, but of course, the details shown in the attached photos are not captured there.

Liked: We stayed for my husband's birthday and were pleasantly surprised with a bottle of Prosecco – such a lovely gesture! Breakfast was delicious (8/10). Overall, cozy atmosphere and great location."
Disliked: The bed was too soft for us(5/10)
