A terrible, horrible, no good,...
Liked: Everything was amazing! The hotel is very close to the Airport, the family room was great.
Disliked: After having a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day, they couldn’t find us in the system which would’ve been the cherry on top.

Disliked: The receptionist was rude, forced me to pay using the credit card, since the hotel accepts payments in cash. Even he was rude. Before he process the payment I told him clearly I want to pay in cash, and handed the money already but he used my registered credit card on booking without my permission and said tomorrow morning you can change. Very bad experience.

Liked: Good value for money.
Disliked: The hotel's parking spots were closed. Guests needed to park on the airport parking. Normally no problem, but for some people maybe a bit to far to walk.The food at the restaurant was good but not hot. The dining area in one of the buildings was not clean.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Basin tap was loose. Instead of double bed, 2 single beds were put together to make it a double bed. Uncomfortable to sleep with gap in the middle. We asked for 2 breakfast and paid in full upon checking. We were then asked to pay extra 17:50 euro next morning when we went to the breakfast room. We paid 20 euro in cash as they did not have any change. Main Reception said they did not have a key to the disabled toilet and told us to use the lift.
