Cheap stay, needs better beds and staff training

Liked: The location was great, breakfast pretty decent
Disliked: Some of the reception staff members came across as rude at times and also there was an error from their side about informing me correctly of the rules about bringing my pet along and they ended up phoning me trying to tell me off when there was a communication issue from their end. Also the beds are awful, we booked a double bedroom for a couples weekend away instead we got two single beds pushed together and we kept on falling in the cracks. Also why were there disposable plastic cups in our room, this is really not environmentally friendly.

Disliked: I made a reservation for a hotel Booking.com, paid for the hotel by credit card. I received confirmation of booking and payment by e-mail. Upon arrival at the site, the staff did not see or want to see the details of my payment. I was forced to pay repeatedly. Employees did not want to help resolve this situation. One night cost me double.

Was great cannot wait to go back in the summer.

Liked: It was a amazing location and great to be able to use the pool. Breakfast was amazing. Close to walking in the forest. We enjoyed out fire place.
Disliked: The rooms were very cold the heating didnt work the best. Its a shame you have to pay for the sauna 18 p/p for 1h its a bit on the high side. Especially since you cannot stay 1h at a time in the sauna.

Liked: I loved the location and the setting. Room and bathroom were much larger than expected. Sadly i only had to use it as a sleeping place. I have to come back for food and facilities, because those looked good.
Disliked: That i did not have time during my stay to explore and use the facilities.
