Disappointing

Liked: it wasnt’t our first time at this hotel however this time it seemed that they have lowered their standarts
Disliked: out room was not cleaned, just once in 4 nights

Liked: Stayed here on a match day so very convenient. Room was modern and clean. Bus takes about 15 mins from Heerlen or Kerkrade. Bed was a bit soft for my liking but that is personal preference. €3 city tax to be paid on arrival

Liked: The view was good and the staff were kind and helpful.
Disliked: The window was not opening and light was only bed lights and study light, there was no room light.
