Disliked: The room (not the bathroom) smelled like garbage—or perhaps even sewage—in the afternoon and the evening. The receptionist was kind and offered to change my room. The next day, the room smelled of cooking food from their kitchen.Early morning I asked to extend my stay, but the night receptionist told me to wait and speak with the day receptionist. I suspect the issue was because I had booked through Booking.com. And they asked for double price I paid for the first night. So I left!Some guests had no electricity in the morning, and the entrance was difficult to manage with luggage. These and several other issues left me disappointed.

Liked: Good location, close te the Mall of the netherlands, plenty of parking abilities. Good and effective rooms

Liked: + Free parking+ Westfield Mall with plenty of dinner options just opposite the hotel+ Nice view from the balcony
Disliked: - Overpriced breakfast with a limited food choice- Despite the non-smoking policy in the hotel, there were ashtrays on the balconies, and our neighbours smoked not only cigarettes- Bad ventilation (we have slept with the open balcony)
