Liked: The hotel is situated in a tranquil location and has an excellent restaurant. Staff was helpful and attentive to our needs.

Liked: The only thing that is nice around is the amount of free parking and location.
Disliked: The staff is extrely rude and unprofessional. The receptionist accused us from smoking weed in the room and without being unable to show any proof, he consisted on us paying a fine otherwise he doesn’t let us check into other two bookings we had. As regular customers who brought this hotel bookings within at least 2k € worth per stay (and therefore this not being the first time we seen each other, never having any issues, complains or anything that sorts from us), it was shocking to see such treatment. The staff kept on harrasing different individuals regarding smoking (even though nobody of the group smokes). On top of that, the receptionist gave out rooms without the main person of the booking to be present or asking for any ID, which resulted in wrongly distributed rooms. After this incident, we definitely got a different treatment - the restaurant refused to give us an option to choose from the dinner menu and told us that we can only pick from them pre-selected options. The same night, a guest next to one of our rooms was smoking weed on the balcony, which resulted in our room being contaminated by the smoke. I wnet to notify the receptionist. He refused to do anything about the situation, been lying to me about nobody being there, forced to me make a visual recording of the neighbour guest smoking to prove him that I am not lying. He also said we should not complain about weed smoke “as we smoke ourselves” (we do have audio recordings of this too).NIGHTMARE STAY, truly. Especially, as a young woman, being so verbally aggressively treated by an old male, I found extremely concerning and scary. Especially, if there are no name tags or “who is at the duty on the day”, no cameras or other personnel - this man could do basically anything.On top of this, the whole bathroom was full of mold and dirty. Chairs in the restaurant area could also use some care.

Disliked: The room we had was nothing like the photos of what we booked. It was very small and grotty. The bathroom grouting was mouldy and it was dirty.
