Liked: Very central, helpful stuff, very near parking place for bicycle and cars..
Disliked: Everything was fine..

Price and quality of balance

Liked: Location was good, staff was very friendly.
Disliked: Don't know how they got 4 stars. Basic breakfast and very simple rooms. The beds were the worst I have used in 20 years. No AC, windows were not able to be opened. And of course no fridge.

Liked: Professional staff. Janet was extremely helpful, patient and accommodating during the check-in and throughout this day. Are you clean and comfortable room for the quiet and restful stay.
Disliked: They should be rooms with queen beds instead of two double beds for solo travelers make it more comfortable.

Liked: Location of the hotel.
Disliked: There was a smell of furniture .I was not notified that there were high steps to my room, I had to carry my luggage to my room, which was a challenge for me.

Didn't live up to expectations

Liked: Lovely building in a good location.
Disliked: Bare minimum of what I'd expect for this sort of hotel. No toiletries in the room, small room. No aircon and no opening windows. Staff not particularly friendly. Sadly I wouldn't stay here again.

Liked: Very nice building, great location in city Centre.
Disliked: A shame that they only had single beds in the double rooms. It seemed that they were a bit short on staff.

Historic elegance, perfect location!

Liked: I had 3 wonderful nights in room number 10 with balcony and view of Hofplein. The room was spotless clean, looks like it has been renovated recently. Loved the historic features of the old palace and the garden. Centrally located, I explored the town, the park and the canals easily. As a travel advisor, this hotel would be one of my top recommendations.
Disliked: I would suggest larger size of bath towels
