Great location but needs improvements!

Liked: Great location but I doubt I will stay again!
Disliked: The entrance has been refurbished but the room I was in desperately needed that level of attention! The air conditioning didn’t work but opening the window brought in all the noise from bars outside. The bathroom needed more ventilation and was a little smelly. There were features in the room that seemed to be left from a previous design. There was tea, coffee etc provided but no spoon to stir it. The staff were minimally helpful and more interested in gossiping.

Excellent hotel close to Frankfurt...

Liked: This was our 4th stay at Flemings. It is convenient for both rail and airport connections.Clean, cosy, practical room. Very helpful, friendly staff.
Disliked: Leaving!
