Just what we needed on...

Liked: Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. We were able to leave out bags in storage to enjoy our mast day before flying. Kids loved riding the service lift!

Disliked: We booked 2 suitesWe were given 1 suite and 1 twin room without comment.When queried we were told we only booked 1 suiteWhen shown the booking the clerk shrugged his shoulders and looked for another suite.We were then told there wasn't one.No refund offeredNo-one cared.
