Good

Liked: The location was graet. I liked the easy access to bus and metro stations.staff were nice and well behave.
Disliked: It coud have been better if there were slipers in the room and hair conditionor in the shower as well. Also it was a big shock i couldn't find the refrigerator in the room.cleaning was every two days but they didn't clean properly the floor and the desk, they just tied up the bed and change the towel, we were two in the room but they left us one mini water.

Simple but did the job

Liked: Basic but was ideal for 3 nights in Vienna. Close links to public transport and bolts always quickly arrived.

Liked: Room was clean and spacious, the shower in the middle of the bedroom might put some people off
Disliked: Breakfast was bit subpar.

Central location

Liked: We stayed only for one night.Very beautiful space,innovative, i like the decor a lot, especially the shower in the middle of the room with a glass all around.Very comfortable bed .Perfect central locationMany shops in the area
Disliked: No fridge in the room

Three and a half stars

Liked: Nice breakfast buffet + Westbanhof is a very good subway stop, most attractions are 30 minutes away and Mariahilferstrasse is just around the corner with tons of shops. You can borrow umbrellas if it rains and there’s a courtyard with garden furniture where you can simply hang.
Disliked: I completely agree with changing the towels and bedsheets every other day to save water, but I was very surprised that in my 5 days of stay the bathroom and floor wasn’t cleaned ONCE. The toilet bowl was filthy and the shower pressure wasn’t the best.

Nice and cozy hotel, spacious...

Liked: good breakfast choice with variety of foods. Spacious rooms which meet our family expectations.
Disliked: More cleaning maintenance.
