The house was nice. But...

Liked: We upgraded to a town house which was nice and had all amenities.
Disliked: I didn’t realise that on booking it would be a shared house. It was also a strange arrangement for paying. The office was in a house in the suburbs which was a little strange.

Pleasent comfortable stay.

Liked: Cleanliness, ease of parking, two bathrooms at each level.
Disliked: Aircon did not work properly.

A great affordable place to...

Liked: It was homey and the full kitchen was nice to have. Easy free street parking outside as well.
Disliked: The air fresheners gave me a headache. I didn't realize the property was a home more so than a hotel when I booked it not saying I didn't like it just didn't realize from the site explanation.

Overall we had a fabulous...

Liked: Very clean, cosy and compact townhouse. Staff/message service were friendly and very quick to respond.
Disliked: We had a problem with the TV - no sound and couldn't find the remote (was sitting on top of the fridge out of sight) but this was resolved after a wee search and messaging the staff about the sound issue. Would suggest putting the re-start of TV in your instructions/FAQ folder.
