Food for groups
Liked: This just in... the Pool. And the pool staff were very nice.
Disliked: The Room was pretty spartan. No seating other than the bed.

Pleasant but over priced
Liked: The boys working the pool area, I think ones name was Max, were very nice and respectful. A great asset to your team.

Loved the pool and style...
Liked: The Manager of the spa, Laura, was amazing. The front desk girl at the spa was not nice.They made us wait all day for check in although I requested it over a month before.
Disliked: The room picture on the website is not accurate. Upgraded for a pool view but was behind a tree. Also the coffee situation is less than ideal.

Pricey for an average room
Liked: It was was well maintained.
Disliked: Pretty pricey for a normal king room with a pull out. There was nothing special about it. We had three people but it was only set up for 2. They fixed the issue but took about two hrs.

Very good
Liked: Loved our room. Loved the pool area. Love the proximity to good walking hills. Loved that it was walking distance to Safeway.
Disliked: The carpet in the hallways leading to the guest rooms was quite stained and off putting.

It was a great getaway...
Liked: The property was upgraded in certain areas. It was a nice getaway from home. The kids enjoyed the pool very much.
Disliked: I was in building 200. All the ice makers in the building were not working. Including the one near the lobby.Our room was not ready until 4:32pm. Luckily we had connecting rooms with our friends so we were able to bring our stuff up and have the kids swim meanwhile our room was ready. During our stay our keys were demagnetized twice and a random guest had access to our room. We immediately called front desk and they put me on hold for over 10mins. I hung up the phone and walked to the lobby myself. When we told the attendant in the lobby they didn’t validate our concerns. Kinda brushed it off as if it was a common mistake. We had kids in our room and they were taken back by a stranger entering our room. They did not offer any compensation for the mishap at all. I found the customer service very disappointing.

Liked: Comfortable bed (brought our own pillows though- stayed here before and learned a lesson… their pillows are way too high for us)
Disliked: Not a lot of dinner options at their restaurant.
