Disappointing

Disliked: Water from tap did not taste good. Loud party nearby until midnight.

Exceptional

Liked: Perfect location. Right in the heart of the city. Walking distance to everywhere. Very spacious room. We got lucky there was no party that night (Club right under the Hostel), but they gave us earplugs just in case, so that was a plus!

Disliked: Lots of noise over 2 nights coming from the street, people fighting swearing mostly drunk

Unbeatable location in Cracow's old...

Liked: Location was perfect, despite the rooms are quite small, you have the whole town at your disposal to explore, which has lots of beautiful historical buildings, restaurants, pubs and attractions.
Disliked: Sharing bathroom is always a hassle, but hey! If you wake up early, you'll get the first one to use them. Besides, for the price and location, you couldn't ask for more.

Disliked: There was a little confusion for me about Flaminio smart sleep and FLamingo hostel when I was receiving info about check in but no issues - just solo travelling for the first time to Krakow and I worried I would be in the wrong place

The location is perfect. But...

Liked: The location is perfect and the staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The shower water wasn't warm enough. It ran out after just 3 minutes shower and I have to finish with water shower. This was because they have set the water heater temperature too low, so I climbed up to set it higher. The next day, I was finally able to take a warm shower.

Misleading Listing and Very Poor...

Liked: The location is good but very crowded.
Disliked: Great location, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. I stayed for a whole week, and the listing saiys the room has a private shower and bathroom, which was not true—mine was shared, and that wasn’t clear when booking. The photos also didn’t match reality. My room was extremely small, with barely enough space to move, no closet, no TV. The walls were so thin I could hear everything from the next room, and even when someone walked by, my bed would shake. They ask guests to be quiet from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., yet there’s a nightclub right under the hostel, which they don’t mention. Not that bothrrs me but i think its an important thing to mention.I even asked to upgrade my room, but the staff refused and didn’t show any willingness to help. Overall, it was a very bad experience.
