Liked: Close to beach
Disliked: “Ocean view” is a half block away from beach and ocean, with 2 hotels on the beach on each side. Dirty pool, small musty elevators, room not set up with enough towels for the reserved guests. Coffee machine in office did not work.

Great for a quick weekend...

Liked: We loved the balcony, the view, and the location!!! Staff was nice and let us park there even after we were checked out
Disliked: The bathroom was dated but I knew that from the pictures. Our room did a weird smell but we only stayed for the weekend so it wasn’t a big deal

Not on the boardwalk 4...

Liked: We only got the room for the day, I was going to stay the night but the room was not me. The pool the kids really enjoyed it
Disliked: The rooms are outdated but it was one of the cheapest ones in OC so it was expected , I would rather spend more and stay in a better place. This is not on the boardwalk!

We had a fabulous stay...

Liked: Awesome view of ocean, better than expected! Easy walk to the beach!
Disliked: Small elevator, sometimes long wait to get on elevator
