Flamingo Las Vegas

We supposedly got the upgraded room but I doubt it. It was bare minimum in the room. Not even a coffee pot. It was a disappointment. Will not stay there again.

Disliked: Very impersonal when you check in at a kiosk.

First room was right above jackhammering at 4 am. Concrete saw at 4 am also put my wife into a migraine. Moved us next to a woman who ran up and down the hallway screaming at 2 am. Charged us an additional amount for the second room (it wasn't THAT much better). Next time we'll try Ceasars Palace.

Liked: Perfect location and great food options. Did not like the family pool since we couldn’t bring in our own water or containers. There was only one pool for everyone my 16 yr old did not like it. The other pool with slides were close due to under staff. We could not enjoy the adult pool 21 and up since we could not leave him solo. So this pool is only for small kids in a 3ft pool. One of our other rooms had no AC for several hours all managers were all on break. Husband had to call serval numbers and 3 hours later after arguing the maintenance were there. The room cooled down after they had to keep curtain closed since it faced the pool. They did not enjoy the poo view. I think after check out we did get a little discount. Switching rooms would have been better.

Liked: Remodeled and comfortable!! We had an amazing view. The water pressure was amazing!
Disliked: How far the rooms are from the elevators! Add on like half a mile . Lol The family pool was small and everything seemed to be closed. The lady checking for hotel cards was very aggressive.

Disliked: We stayed at Flamingo Hotel and were quite disappointed with the housekeeping service. Our room was not cleaned for two consecutive days. When we raised the issue with the staff, we were told that housekeeping only cleans rooms if informed—something that wasn’t communicated to us at check-in. Given that our room was cleaned automatically for the first three days, we assumed this was the standard.When we brought it up, we were told there were delays, but no clear resolution or follow-up was offered. A hotel of this standard should provide consistent housekeeping without requiring reminders. We expected better service and clearer communication.
