Probably Nice at One Time

Liked: The hotel is a two story property with adequate parking, The rooms have exterior doors. There were a lot of food options nearby. My room was on the second floor and had a king bed with three pillows, a blanket and a spread. It was comfortable and I slept well. In addition, the room had a lounge chair, a desk, an office chair, a mini-fridge and a mirror topped bar stand. The a/c worked well, but there were few electrical outlets and none near the bed. The sink is outside the bathroom. The shower had a curved curtain bar and shampoo and body was provided.
Disliked: All guests are required to provide a $100.00 deposit, even if you paid through Booking. It appears someone had big plans for this hotel at one time. The furnishings look as if they were going for a boutique hotel vibe. But something happened and it is showing signs of neglect and wear. The bedside tables did not have lamps and the smoke detector was missing it's cover. The shower tiles appeared to be painted and were starting to peel. In addition, the water temperature never got hotter than warm. The soap dispenser by the sink was broken. And the towels were very thin and rough.The hotel was very noisy. Lots of activity in the parking lot overnight. The check-in process took a long time, with the staff seemingly not interested with attending to the guests.
