Things could be improved

Liked: Beach front location,the hot tub was nice and hot. The rooms are spacious with a full kitchen.
Disliked: There is limited parking which makes it difficult to access the office and unload your car. The pool area is not well lit and could be dangerous for small children. The furniture in the room was extremely dirty. Neither of the 2 tv's would connect to service maintenance came and tried but could not get them to work but offered no solution There is damage in the bathtub/restroom that should be repaired. When we checked out , there were three employees in the office none of them spoke to us. No one asked about our stay or thanked us for staying there or invited us to come again. Seems like a missed opportunity.

Liked: On the beach.
Disliked: Dirty. Small rooms. All the dishes and silverware were dusty and dirty. The refrigerator was leaking. Old food in the fridge when we got there. Our first floor balcony had coke spilled all over the concrete. THERE IS ZERO PARKING. It was a nightmare.
