Great location - clean and...

Liked: Overall experience very good. Very helpful and polite staff.
Disliked: WiFi signal very poor generally, and non existent in the room. Somewhere to sit in the evening with friends would have been useful. The car park was tricky to find the first time - could have done with some signs.

Magical town, lovely spot to stay!

Liked: Incredible view out over the lake. Nice and central. Breakfast was nice, staff were very pleasant. Lovely room!
Disliked: There was an unpleasant smell all the way up to the rooms (but not in the rooms). Smelled a bit like a backed-up drain. Maybe air fresheners could be a good idea. I can't get used to there not being kettles with teabags in the hotel rooms in Germany as all I wanted was a hot drink. Typical UK/NZ problem that probably doesn't bother anyone else!
