Liked: The staff was being helpful and pleasant.
Disliked: The floors are all tile, which makes sense that close to a lake but its unpleasant first thing in the morning. Also the beds are really hard.

Disliked: heater and ac sounds like air plane. notified staff twice nothing. poor communication never ANSWERED after hour line. was notified by staff mgmt would have to have someone look at the unit before allowing another room transfer.no one called or came by office. wouldn’t staff there again keep driving.
