Flagship Inn is always good...

Liked: Flagship Inn is excellent value for Ashland. I've stayed here at least half a dozen times- sometimes with our dog. I also appreciate the filtered water that's available in office.
Disliked: Carpet in the rooms should be replaced- it's very worn. Breakfast could be updated a bit, with more milk options other than whole milk.

Liked: the rooms were great, the staff was very accommodating, the beds were comfy. would definitely stay there again
Disliked: the only complaint i have is the quality of the breakfast options. i can't have gluten, and there was only a handful of bruised bananas that i could eat. my kids really enjoyed the waffles though

Pleasant people, room needs serious...

Liked: The staff was welcoming and friendly, but not able to take care of issues that we reported. While I do understand that our stay was VERY short, I am hopeful that these problems will be taken care of for the next guest.
Disliked: The bathroom fan looked as though it was never cleaned. It was covered in dust, and a lot of dust was literally hanging off of it. Not good. The toilet was loose, as well as the toilet seat. The furnishings were quite old and had odor. The TV is SO FAR AWAY from the bed that it was kind of a "blur" to watch it. We did not go to the breakfast bar in the morning because we were told that our discounted rate didn't include that. In my opinion, the cost of the room was very high after taking into consideration the things I've mentioned.
