Disliked: I was constantly targeted by night staff and kicked me out for something that was not coming from my room

Liked: Clean and with the Busstation easy to go to downtown.
Disliked: I didn't felt comfortable to give my credit card. everting was paid. Answer: sorry that's the policy.... Fume smoke from cigarettes come all night into the apartment from outside

Liked: Easy check in even at 10pm. Room is big for 4 of us. Shared washing and dryer available.
Disliked: Aircon in Room 105 is not cold.

Disliked: The shuttle service was not available for us in the morning to the airport there was too many people and the only reason we booked here was due to the free shuttle to the airport. The aircon in the room was also so loud and the light from outside so bright so we did not sleep.

Never again!!!! Dirty cockroach infested...

Disliked: Cockroaches in the room. Giant ones! We killed atleast 3Beds hard as a rock Bathroom. We wore shoes. "Cot" that I paid for my son was broken and had no mattress or bedding provided. Reception brought another cot but that was the same and then provided a heap of blankets at my request so I could make it more padded for my 10 month old to be able to sleep. Also advised her about cockroaches. Having to stop my child from crawling around on the floor at the risk of another cockroach and the floors looked filthy! When checking out. I advised how unhappy we were with our stay, the room felt dirty the cockroaches and the Porta cot situation. I was told. You should advise reception straight away, I said I did! And I paid over $200 for that disgusting room! Her response was i will let maintenence know. No offer of a refund/discount/appology I used to recommend this hotel after we stayed last time and it was great! Nothing fancy but clean, friendly staff and good location. Never again
