Peaceful retreat

Liked: It was our 2nd stay here. The location is very beautiful and quiet with an romantic touch and situated in a beautifiul landscape. The staff is very kind and we enjoyed our dinner and breakfast outside. We are looking forward to our next stay in Fjordslottet Hotel.

Liked: Good bed after upgrade The hotel is a step back in time, if you like retro style. It was amusing.and charming in a way No TV in the room but a TV-room instead, offering opportunity to talk to other guests.The staff was friendly but chaotic and hardly spoke anything else other then NorwegianI couldn't help it, but Fawlty Towers came to my mind.
Disliked: Dinner was poor. Breakfast was basic, but ok for a 3 star hotel..
