Very disappointing stay

Liked: The hotel is close to the airport
Disliked: The staff is surprisingly rude and unhelpful. The facilities are outdated. Breakfast is super basic - dry bagels and bad coffee. We expected way more for the price.

Practical and comfy.

Liked: Once I got to the hotel, the staff at the reception were very nice and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is also very good, close to the airport. Simple breakfast provided was perfect before I headed for my flight.
Disliked: The only issue i had was the shuttle bus service. I couldn't quite get where to get it from and when I tried to call, had trouble getting through. At one point, the member of staff just laughed. Not sure if this was due to the bad reception on the phone or the fact that I was looking for the shuttle bus.

Liked: It was clean.
Disliked: It was hard to enter the property due to heavy traffic. There wasn’t any hotel information in the room (ie: TV channel guide, where the ice machine was located). There wasn’t only 1 facecloth in the bathroom for 2 people in the room.

All in all, my stay...

Liked: Hospitable and cordial staff at front desk. When my bags made the shuttle bus—but I didn’t fit in (!), the hotel sent another van to Federal Circle for me and my bags now removed from the first bus. I was/am extremely grateful for this! The driver, Mr. Kilkenny, was so kind, welcoming and a true gift. I feel blessed to have met him.
Disliked: The difficulty in operating the tv… I thought there might be some printed instructions in the room, but I could not find any. A general guide to the hotel, room, tv would have been helpful. I finally gave up!
