Liked: Last minute because of flight cancelation so close by
Disliked: Offered shuttle but not at our convenience. Breakfast not ready before our shuttle

Well preserved motor-hotel "Motel" provides...

Liked: This hotel is an effective cost trade-off to stay close to JFK on an overnight stop-over. This hotel is an elder motor-hotel or "Motel" cashing in on its location to provide an overnight haven for traveling guests. I would not stay here for any length of time beyond one night.
Disliked: The hotel is running its shuttles to the airport 24 hours a day on the hour, but does not place breakfast out until 6:00 AM which is a real pity, since many guests are piling into the 5:00 am shuttle runs to get back to the airport. Here is an opportunity to make a key improvement.

You get what you pay...

Liked: Very close to jfk. With shuttle. Right next to fast food.
Disliked: The AC was terrible, air came through it. Walls ripped, rusty vents. Tried to be cheap, you get what you pay for!

Ok if you must

Liked: This was not hotel I would ever choose to stay in, but for what it was, which was a necessity due to airline flight issues that caused our flight originally leaving at 5pm to now leaving the next morning, it was a place to lay our head
Disliked: The airport shuttle was awful. I have never stayed in a hotel where the airport shuttle drops you off at the Rental car facility rather then making stops at airline terminals. This cause us more undue stress and anxiety trying to then get to our Terminal

Liked: Close enough to JFK with quite a few fast food joints. Felt safe enough at night to walk to the food places.
Disliked: The misinformation regarding not going to Federal Circle for pickup from the canned email from booking.com
