Liked: Considering the amount that's was charged, the inn needs to be refurbished. Breakfast is served after 06:00hrs, so you will not get it if you have an early morning flight. Airport Shuttle is only once an hour.

Convenient for JFK

Liked: Convenient for flights leaving from JFK, the hotel has a free airport shuttle. We were not in the room for long, but everything was fine (except the pillows!). Breakfast is provided but we left for the airport too early. Restaurants and fast food outlets are close to the hotel.
Disliked: The pillows were very hard. The shuttle to the airport runs every hour, I'm sure it was every half hour last year! You can't get a direct answer when you use the message system, only a generic reply which doesn't answer the question asked.

Passable

Disliked: Shuttle had us wait 45 mins despite calling 3 times with roaming charges. Every other hotel passed through more than once at Federal Circle.

The room was just what...

Liked: Even though our flight was arriving late, we still had transport to the hotel.
Disliked: We almost had a big problem when we had told them at check-in, twice, that we needed a 9:00 shuttle and they wrote down 8:00. We were added to the 9:00 list after it was almost to capacity and we would've had to wait for the next shuttle to the airport. Luckily, the driver was able to fit us in or it could've been bad news for making our flight. The drivers for both from the airport and to the airport were very good at their jobs.
