Disliked: No heating in the room (it was November) and a constant smell of damp when you enter.

Liked: Location and most of the staff were professional & welcoming
Disliked: We requested a twin room (2 queen beds) which was confirmed in the booking via email with an additional charge of 50 euro a night - however the room was not available - only a small king room with a fold up bed - we eventually got moved to another room the following day - this was all very time consuming & stressful.

I will return to this...

Disliked: The room looked dirty. It needs updating. We didn’t spend much time in the room, but the nightly rate for this room was not worth it. The rug was dirty, the curtain broken, the bathroom was not cleaned properly. I was very disappointed! Nothing, like the pictures.
