Really nice hotel in a...

Liked: Great location, stunning views, loved the pool/spa and the food was fabulous. Great service and lovely staff and comfy room.
Disliked: If I had to pick something it would be the fact that the room didn’t have built in air con (it did have a plug in 1 in the cupboard).

Perfect relaxing and enjoyable

Liked: It was lovely and clean very bright and airy, staff were lovely and couldn’t help enough. I had a facial treatment well there and it was amazing. Will be going back.
Disliked: There wasn’t anything didn’t like.

Disliked: The seagulls, not a lot can be done, woke me a few times but not at all down to the hotel

A good option if you...

Liked: Great location with fabulous view of the beach and ocean. The bar area, spa and hotel room were all fantastic. The breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: A bit of a walk (20-30min) to Newquay town centre so not the place you want to stay if you want to go into town regularly. The breakfast was expensive at 25pp (it cost us £100 for a two night stay for 2 people) and it wasn’t clear that’s what we would be paying because the items are priced individually on the menu. I thought I was being charged £10 for avocado on toast but because I had a single croissant from the continental buffet, it cost me £25. It felt deceptive and although I pointed this out when paying the bill at checkout, I was dismissed.
