Overall very good.

Liked: Room excellent. Bathroom excellent. Very nice dining room.Building full or character. Surroundings very pleasant.
Disliked: Service at breakfast a bit slow.Breakfast options limited for non-meat eaters.My wife's baked beans were badly cooked and tasted odd.

Relaxing and peaceful. Lovely place.

Liked: Lovely and peaceful setting. Comfortable bed and large room. Excellent breakfast. Good restaurant food too. Would recommend. Really nice, friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: Was a little walk into Ludlow, fine if dry and light but would not be enjoyable if raining and dark.

Liked: Friendly staff and very helpful, comfortable room with good facilities lovely hotel.
Disliked: Limited choice of evening meals for myself as I am gluten intolerant and attempting to find out the evening menu in time to order was a bit difficult.

Poor

Liked: Service was very poor:reactions from staff to simple requests was unprofessional:we had to ask for napkins at breakfastno we had to ask for everything invluding salt and sauce which took ages to arrive: breakfast was cold when ssuce attived:quslity of cooked breakfast very good
Disliked: Breakfast experience was poor:alsowe paid for duperior room, but no regular coffee pods were available:we were told the hotel had run out (decaf only) no spology, told they were on order,but they did not arrive during stay

Relaxing spa break

Liked: Lovely calm peaceful atmosphere, very restful. The Spa is very well laid out , the area where the hot tub is situated is a sun trap & has extensive views over open countryside. , We had back & neck massages , & found all the staff in the spa friendly, & professional.
Disliked: Could have done with additional changing room shower space.
