All round very satisfied with...

Liked: Afternoon tea was VERY good, staff were excellent, bistro evening meal was good. Breakfast freshly cooked and of a high standard.Bathroom very stylish.
Disliked: Room was “cosy”.

Great value hotel with relaxing...

Liked: Lovely rural setting with viewsWarm welcome and helpful staffGood food
Disliked: Nothing really although we forgot to mention that the en suite basin plug doesn’t work and extremely slow to drain

Very good

Liked: The food was excellent. Staff were also very friendly.
Disliked: The shower cubicle needed a shelf (in room 25). As it was shampoo, shower gel etc had to be put on the floor. And lots of bending down in the shower. Breakfast was good quality. But butter serving was minimal. We had to ask for more several times. And coffee was pretty dire ... full of powder.
