Hotel Description
Galvelbeg House is a family-run guesthouse situated a 10 minute walk from the center of Crieff with views of the Ochil Hills and Strathearn Valley. It has free parking and hearty breakfasts. In the morning guests can have a traditional Perthshire breakfast or lighter options. There is a south-facing garden with seating tables and BBQ facilities available upon request and various cafes pubs and restaurants a short walk away. Each bedroom at Galvelbeg House Bed & Breakfast has a welcome tray with a selection of teas coffee hot chocolate and some delicious home baking. There is also free Wi-Fi in the rooms. Crieff Golf Course is a 10 minute walk from the Galvelbeg and Perth is a 25 minute car ride away. There is off road parking for cars and secure storage for cycles.

Very pleasant accommodation with friendly...

Liked: Good choice for breakfast. Friendly staff who were friendly and flexible. Easy to walk into town for an evening meal
Disliked: The TV signal was unreliable but I suspect that this was outside the control of the staff. It wasn't a big problem

Excellent accommodation and location. Would...

Liked: Excellent breakfast. Good variety and well presented. Room was cosy and clean. Beds extremely comfortable. All areas were decorated and maintained to a very high standard. Aileen and Nick made us feel so welcome and are such friendly and helpful hosts.
Disliked: We couldn’t find anything to complain about.

Excellent place to stay and...

Liked: Aileen and Nick were perfect hosts meeting us with a friendly face. They made us feel very comfortable during our stay, making sure all our requirements were met, advising on things to do and local transport links. Breakfast was always delivered with a smile and was cooked to our liking. We were very happy with our choice and cannot fault it.
Disliked: Weather could have been nicer.
