Good location, complicated payment procedure

Disliked: Way of payment for stay. At check-in the hotel blocks approx.50% of your stay price (preauthorization) and they assure that it will be used for payment at checkout, which is not true.At check out they demand this amount again as the staff isn’t trained to deal with preauthorizations. Preauthorized amount will be blocked for 14 to 30 days without possibility to use it. So hotel guests must have double amount of stay at their account in order to pay for the stay, which is very inconvenient and might be a catastrophe for guests with strict travel budget.
