Liked: Hotel was modern. Staff were lovely. Bar and DJ were great.Tram from airport just outside hotel. Macdonalds and kfc just outside along with a shopping centre.
Disliked: Missing a fridge in room.Also need normal tea and milk please

Exceptional

Liked: Beautiful architecture and one of the most exceptional hotel rooms I've been in my life. Large, modern, comfortable, outstanding views. Hotel staff are friendly and their customer service is top notch. We had an issue with the TV set and the manager moved us to a larger room.

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff a real highlight. Nice hotel, although a little noisy with doors banging in corridors. Outside terrace not open as presumably out of season.

Gorgeous hotel with perfect location

Liked: Absolutely gorgeous hotel in an amazing location. The room was so spacious, comfy & stylish. The staff were so friendly & helpful. We were so close to many shops & attractions. Honestly the perfect place to stay!

A great find in Bordeaux...

Liked: The property is comfortable , informal , and in a great location . the staff are the real stars - extremely knowledgeable , helpful and friendly.
Disliked: If I was really being picky then the building and surrounding building s of 1970s brutalist architecture may be a bit off putting but don’t let that deter you as the hotel is great !
