Fun center city hotel near...

Liked: Great center city location in Bordeaux. Wasn't sure about a place named FirstName, but it totally exceeded my expectations. It had all the amenities of Hyatt and a hip/young vibe that came through in thoughtful decor and room design. The communal refrigerator that stocked great free lemonade was appreciated. The staff was very helpful with restaurant and early morning taxi on day of checkout. We were tired the last night and decided to eat in the hotel restaurant. Great food and live bank made the final evening in Bordeaux enjoyable

Liked: The whole family had a great time staying in First Name; first , the staff are lovely and helpful for everything.Second , the location is just perfect according the the spot if preference, restaurants and shopping center is just across the way.Finally, our kitchenette is always filled with drinks and fruits every single day.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The location. Trams outside the door. Hypermarket opposite hotel for food and a good pattiserie and coffee shop. Staff friendly and helpful at the reception and bar.
Disliked: It was not made clear that any toiletries would be provided only when requested.
