Disliked: Frustrating process checking in. Credit card details were given at the time of booking (and same card was charged- as per expectation), then I was asked to fill out an online check in (again asking for card details - same given), and finally the after hour check in service required to buzz in to get to the key safety box where again you had to announce your credit card details in a public corridor with people walking past!!

Disliked: $380 per night and had to continue to ask for toilet paper for 4 people. I was told if I wanted more than two rolls, I had to pay. Pillows were way too high and too much light gets into white bedroom blinds.
