Nice staff, but expensive and...

Liked: Breakfast selection was outstanding.Shower pressure was good. Great location, easy to access, and close to the pretty harbour. Staff in the reception were responsive.
Disliked: No air conditioning in the room, and no fans were placed there despite high summer heat and stuffy room. (We did get fans from the reception upon request). Sleeping was difficult on the first night.There was a leak under the shower frame which flooded the bathroom floor. Parking was an additional cost, and spots were not secured despite the cost. Quite expensive overall for the state of the facilities.
