Liked: Friendly staff – you feel welcome right away! Easy parking in a public parking outside the door. There’s a good restaurant in the hotel, and the buffé is included.The breakfast was excellent – everything you need to start the day.Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay.

Liked: Everything was good. I don’t think you can find nicer and more helpful staff, than those who work here. They answer all questions helpfully and with a smile and nothing seems to be a problem. Furthermore there was dinner and breakfast in the booking. The dinner was okay, and the breakfast was extravagant, were there bread and fruit? Yes. Cheese, eggs and bacon? Sure! Meatballs? You got it! Last, the busstop to and from Malmø is literally outside the hotel and the trip takes around 15 minutes. I can easily recommend this place.

Liked: The rooms were good and comfortable. but they gave me the wrong room .
Disliked: Breakfast and dinner were the worst to eat, we stayed there 2 nights and both nights we had to eat outside. The food was 0/10. You have to pay a lot of amount to come into spa only for 3 hours. Parking costs money. The hotel is just making money by cheating people on their website.

Liked: The room itself is fine. It was clean (most important), it had a fridge, shower, and so on. But it is obviously very old. The view was actually okay. What i really liked was the quiet. I felt a sense of privacy there in the room.The hotel is located near the highway, which made it easy for us to go back to Copenhagen.
Disliked: The swedish lady who greeted us gave us an attitude. I have no idea why. Pretty bad start. I ordered a large bed and somehow ended up with two beds put together, which is pretty anticlimactic if you are there as a romantic couple. They do not clean the rooms unless you order it. They say it is for the environment, but you know it is just an excuse to save money. The food was beyond terrible. No meat at all except in the pudding. it was bland, as if the chef also went on a holiday. And again, they had a sign about food waste. But with this, they might as well throw it in the garbage.
